Counseling Session and/or Life Coaching

I often begin a counseling session with an invocation:  “I invoke the light and love of ______ within. I am a clear and perfect channel. Light is my guide.”

We may be invoking Source, God, Goddess, Mother Earth or any other spiritual name that resonates with you.  We then set an intention for the session, such as a call for more clarity or insight into a particular issue or problem.

As both the invocation and intention set the tone for the session, I incorporate a variety of techniques - the Co-Active Coaching model, Creative Therapy, and Shamanic skills - to facilitate a client focused and client led healing session.
